Non-Emergency Transport

Why would someone need to privately hire an ambulance? If you or someone you love needs medical attention or has an appointment with an out of town physician, sometimes transporting them by conventional automobile is not the best option. There are many reasons why you may want to consider traveling by ambulance. A patient may need to go to a specialized facility out of the area for medical treatment which not offered at a local facility. Many people require frequent trips out of town for dialysis as well as other one-time procedures like cardiac catheters or other atypical surgeries and therapies. Frequently these conditions require the patient to be supervised and monitored by a medical professional, especially for a long trip.

If you live in the greater Berlin area and this sounds like your current situation, the first thing you need to do is talk to your doctor. Your doctor is best versed in your specific medical condition and treatment requirements. If your doctor feels that it is medically necessary for you to receive transport for an out of area procedure, they will have to complete documentation stating as such for insurance and Medicare purposes. Event Coverage

Arranging a large scale sporting event, concert, or gathering? Sometimes it's best to think ahead of the trouble and have trained emergency professionals standing by at the ready just in case. Of course we would all prefer that no one need medical attention at your function, but that isn't always the way it turns out. In the past we have had our employees on site for such occasions as hockey games, lumberjack competitions, and political rallies among others.
